88 B-2 Japan

It uses the original forging tools from 1988 and is a new edition of the first ever model - the 88 B (B=Blade). Hence the name 88 B-2.

The lofts and weight specifications have been slightly adapted to the modern golf game. The slightly wider sole with a pre-worn leading edge has good sliding / turf interaction properties, which minimises digging in of the club.

The Japan model has differences in the coating and the sole design. The limited Japan edition has Kanji symbols instead of Arabic numerals.

Furthermore, the Makino lettering is on the sole instead on the back, which gives the club an even purer look.

The Japan model is available in Black Oxide or Raw.
